This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data, to those who interact with the web services of MSPGREEN – accessible electronically from address: www.mspgreen.eu and www.mspgreen.eu.
The information is provided only for the MSPGREEN website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. MSPGREEN does not exercise any control over these sites or over the privacy protection policies which may differ from those of MSPGREEN. The personal information that the user may decide to provide to third parties is not covered by the MSPGREEN privacy protection declaration.
The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
THE OWNER OF THE TREATMENT
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The data controller is CORILA, which has its registered office in San Marco 2847 30124 Venice.
PLACE AND DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the services provided by the site take place at the CORILA headquarters and are only handled by technical-administrative personnel in charge of the treatment, or by persons in charge of maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative and non-informative material (access to the Reserved Area of the site, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if which this is necessary for this purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED: NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this type of website detect, during their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED – OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA – PROCESSING METHODS
“Personal information” is considered any information relating to a natural person, legal person, entity or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
The personal data collected are processed exclusively for institutional purposes, with automated tools or on paper for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The public part of the MSPGREEN site can be navigated without revealing one’s identity or providing personal information.
The private part can only be accessed by means of authentication: username and password that are issued by the site manager providing some personal information such as title, name, surname, telephone number and address of the institution to which they belong, e-mail address and number office phone number (for example: reference design).
Therefore the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the forms on the site to request the sending of the newsletter or to access specific services, their failure to provide it may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of the legislative decree lgs. no. 196/2003, for the purposes of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, the answer is mandatory under penalty of an administrative fine.
The personal information collected on the site will be used to provide the requested service or for the functioning of the site itself. This information is not used for commercial purposes and CORILA is not authorized to transfer it for purposes other than those for which it was collected. Therefore, no data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated outside CORILA.
This is information relating to the pages visited, for example the date of access to the site, the ID password, etc.
This information is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site to check its correct functioning and is periodically deleted.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the processing.

Pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 1 of the decree law 22 March 2004 n. 72, as amended by the conversion law 21 May 2004 n. 128, all the contents and information present on the MSPGREEN website are protected under copyright and related rights; reproduction, making available to the public, publication and dissemination without the authorization of the rights holder is prohibited. Violations are subject to the sanctions envisaged by articles 171 – 171 bis and 174 ter of law 633/41.
The contents of the site are protected under copyright laws, therefore nothing, not even in part, can be copied, modified or resold for profit.
